PulzAid (“PulzAid”, “we”, “us”) provides workplace health solutions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pulzaid.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website only; if you use a PulzAid product under a separate agreement, that agreement governs.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Name, email address, company, role, and message content when you fill out a contact, demo, or partnership form, or when you email us directly.
• Aggregated usage information. Anonymous page-view counts, referring site, and approximate country, collected through Vercel Analytics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not identify individual visitors.

We do not use tracking cookies, session recording, or visitor-identification tools on this website.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and provide the information or demos you request.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site.
• Contact you about PulzAid products and offerings where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share the information described above only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, including hosting and analytics (Vercel, Vercel Analytics) and email. These providers process data on our behalf under contract. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Your choices and rights

• Marketing email. Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email or by emailing us.
• Access, correction, deletion. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
• Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but we respect browser privacy signals.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

International transfers

PulzAid is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
